You can get these rare cards only by winning the user's event on Yu-Gi-Oh! Online 3 - Duel Accelerator
Until Today they are divided in 2 volumes that are subdivided in 5 packages of different colors:

TP RANKING CARDS
These cards were won at the end of the each season by the winner of the tp ranking , only 1 copy of card is in the game , and it's value is invaluable.
"LOSS" CARDS
These cards are given by losing during the events Yu-Gi-Oh! Online 2 - Duel Evolution, usally they are useless and worthless, but some of them are very rare.
These cards are received buying a USB Boosterpass.This type of Boosterpass is not very used , for this the cards received are quite rare and high mp value.
PROMO
Promo Cards released in Japan and in America by a special Boosterpass, they are rare and a high mp vaule.
SMS BOOSTERPASS CARDS
Cards given by Boosterpass SMS, these special boosterpass can be bought by sending a sms at Konami's server, the code will be sent back by sms right on your cellphone.
